Maintaining regular exercise can be difficult. Be sure to celebrate your successes and enjoy the process towards fitness!
Find something you love to do. Enjoying physical activity will make it seem less like an obligation! If you love your exercise, you will be more likely to stick with it!
Find someone to exercise with. Having a friend to train with you will help you enjoy physical activity, giving you someone to talk with and keep you accountable. Workout partners also support us when we are feeling amotivated!
Let your significant other, roommate, or best friend be part of your physical activity journey. This will help keep you accountable throughout D2M.
