The Center for the Study of Stress, Trauma, and Resilience at Georgia State University funded our research to evaluate the effectiveness of the third year of D2M. Study findings were presented as part of the Center’s Speaker’s Series in October, 2016 and will be presented at the upcoming annual meetings of the Southeast Regional Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine (Greenville, SC; February 16-18, 2017), the Society of Behavioral Medicine (San Diego, CA; March 29-April 1, 2017), and the North American Society for Sport Management (Denver, CO; May 30-June 3, 2017). Motivational Correlates of Physical Activity Among University Employees
The results from the first D2M competition (2014) were presented by Duke Biber at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Southeast Regional Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine (SEACSM) in Jacksonville, FL. The project was chosen as one of the top 8 doctoral student abstracts at the SEACSM conference.
